A Holiday Plan For A Tan!

The cat hears this all the time. I bet I'd even hear it from a mime. If they did more than play with their hands that is. I am talking about the holiday plan biz.

The holiday is here,
Everyone give a cheer.
Going to do this and that.
Going to add to the stat.

That is fine.
That can be divine.
But every single one,
Come this yapping run.

What are you going to do for the holiday?
Here it comes, like you need some big foray.
I'm going to stay home and avoid the lines,
Tends to get some wtf facial signs.

Keep my dough.
Not run to and fro.
Or fro and to.
If that works for you.

Not get stuck in traffic like rush hour.
Which really has no rushing power.
Sitting there and wasting gas,
Has no need to come to pass.

Not stand in a long line.
Those annoy the feline.
There one shall stand,
All across the land.

Not to mention the sweat.
Yep, that's a safe bet.
Sweat up a storm.
Unless the beach is a norm.

The sand in your crack.
That can sure attack.
Can be rather itchy too.
Who needs that to come due?

I could fly on a plane?
Yeah, choose the wrong lane.
A hand up your ass comes to pass.
Does that get you bumped up to first class?

So with each ask,
They get the same task.
I'll wait until the holiday is gone,
Not falling for the con.

The cat is no fun, I know. But with less around it is easier to run to and fro. So what are your plans for the holiday? Had to give that a say. Now I will go relieve some holiday gas from my little rhyming ass.

Fill your rummer, get drunk all summer.

  5. We had a bump to first class once, just one person in our party could go. I sent my daughter. She said it was just meh. She did have a charger for her electronics though. ;) No idea what we're doing for the 4th. Everyone's scrambling to host, so I'm just sitting back and see who wins. :)
